We will compile all the information on all the agents in your area. Statistically, we will crunch all the numbers and pick 2 or 3 of those agents. We will then interview each agent, and take into account their personalities and find the best agent that will work for you. Once we have found the candidates from that list, we will go over it with you and let you interview each one or we can recommend one if you wish. Either way, you will have the best agent!
Don’t have your friend or a relative help you. It’s not a good idea to mix business with family or friends. Your house is a business, for your family, so to speak. It should be run like one.

Real Estate agents with awards and accreditations.
While awards and accreditations for agents are nice, they won’t help you sell your home. However, we do take them into account, as it shows they have established a certain level of achievement and professionalism. Every real estate agent has good years and bad years. While you're looking for your agent, don’t be sold on the merits of these awards or accreditations alone. An agent that may have the biggest and best reputation in your area isn’t always the best choice. They may not have had a sale in your immediate neighborhood which buyers are looking for.
